At World Emblem, we have made the change
from fluorescent light to LEDs. The production
floor is 85% LED lighting, while the offices are
75% LEDs. The average electricity consumption
changed from 75 Watts to 35 Watts.

Our Madeira premium threads are pollutant-free,
certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®,
come from ISO-approved processes, are free from
APO/ PE plasticisers and thus meet the requirements
of many global brands.
The certification according to STANDARD 100 by
OEKO-TEX® is considered one of the most important
seals of approval for textiles. Almost all Madeira threads
are equipped with this seal. It is subdivided into different
product classes. In the highest classification, product class
I (suitability for baby items), Madeira offers viscose and
polyester as well as cotton mix and metallic threads.
